My name is Charles Osarumwense, and I am From Nigeria. I hold a first and Second degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos and the National Open University of Nigeria. I presently work with Yaba College of Technology as an Administrator.

I have a firm belief in distance and blended learning as it breaks barriers of traditional face-to-face teaching. It allows for leisure learning and also enables learners to plan their calendars independently.
