My name is Josephine Kasera, a Kenyan. I recently retired from Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority, where I used to work as a Director Standards Development, Compliance and Enforcement. as director, I guided staff on development of standards for training and ensured that these standards were enforced in TVET institutions. For more than 20 years, I also worked as a Quality Assurance staff at various levels within the Ministry of Education and mostly in TVET sector.
I am exited about this course as it highlights issues around effective quality assurance in education.
