I am a female contract teacher in Tokelau, teaching Geography, Agriculture, and History at the University of the South Pacific branch in Nukunonu Tokelau. A Tuvaluan who currently settled with the family here in this hidden paradise of the Pasefika.
This is my 2 and half year in Tokelau and most of my teaching career had taught in Tuvalu for 19 years and part of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as an Acting Senior Education Officer.
