Hello everyone! My name is Melba like the toast or Melba Moore. I recently lost my job due to COVID and I am switching gears to going to school full-time all while taking care of 3 little girls. I have a very positive but real spirit about me. I am open, honest and receive feedback well. I have an amazing support system of family and friends who became family.

I am working towards obtaining a bachelors degree but the goal is a PhD! I am one of four siblings and I would be the first of the kids to complete college. It is a really big deal that I set the example for my kids. They see their mom work hard and they will never have an excuse to why that can’t accomplish what they want.

I look forward to learning as much as I can from this course and using these skills in the work place, to help my kids with their school work and in life.
