for point 1. - in my opinion, teaching is a vocation and profession is a mastered skills which developed as years goes by. vocation is a calling, something related to destiny.
for point 2. - being an educator, joining the teaching vocation is a calling from my background of employment, I have worked from different work station which I have seen that it built and moldered my self to become an outstanding teacher in my field.

I love this teaching profession .while teaching I also use the projector to explain the students about the computer .I teach year 1 to Year 8 computer class and now since its advance technology .students pay interest in learning more. I also teach them how to type and how to use internet to check there email .I also enjoy this profession.

Teaching is a vocation, it depends on what reasons we joined the teaching profession it as wage earners or to motivate others. I believe learners need to be motivated and to give their best. Academic work will only be done properly if the students themselves are intrinsically motivated towards learning.
