I would like to select Agile which, I think is a preferable methodology in the supply chain because you become more flexible to your customer’s request. It is one methodology that I have implemented and gives me a competitive end on the competition. While I understand each methodology has it benefits base on the project the waterfall may not suit my needs at this time.
