It encompasses the methods, strategies, and techniques used by educators to facilitate learning and development in students. Pedagogy includes not only the delivery of content but also the assessment of learning outcomes and the overall educational philosophy guiding these processes. It often involves understanding learners’ needs, designing appropriate instructional strategies, and creating supportive learning environments to optimize educational experiences.

    • Pedagogy can be referring as a way individual used their approaches of teaching knowledge and skills in learning.

    • Diagnostic tools- I used feedbacks to reflect back to our previous sessions
    • Availability of resources- making sure all the resources for each session must be all set.
    • Observing and supervising while leaners doing the group work or presentation.
    • Giving quick quiz and short test to see if the leaners do understand or not.

Examples of such approaches may include collaborative learning, reflective learning and inquiry-based learning. Often, they are underpinned by certain theories that explain how learning takes place. You may be familiar with learning theories like Cognitivism, Constructivism and Connectivism. It is important for teachers and learning designers to have clear understanding of theories that underpin their work.
