    • Pedagogy can be referring as a way individual used their approaches of teaching knowledge and skills in learning.

    • Diagnostic tools- I used feedbacks to reflect back to our previous sessions
    • Availability of resources- making sure all the resources for each session must be all set.
    • Observing and supervising while leaners doing the group work or presentation.
    • Giving quick quiz and short test to see if the leaners do understand or not.

It is important for teachers and learning designers to have clear understanding of theories that underpin their work.
