    Represents community values, culture, and expectations. Helps to mobilise community support and promotes good relations between the school and the community.

    Brings the parents’ perspective, focusing on learner welfare, discipline, and access to education. Enhances accountability to parents.

  5. Local Business Person
    Offers financial management and entrepreneurship skills. Supports resource mobilisation, budgeting, and sustainability of school projects.

  6. Retired Company Manager / Professional
    Provides experience in leadership, strategic planning, and governance. Strengthens decision-making and oversight.
