The graph shows that, the more the awareness are done on student support services the more and the better they use the service. This means that the learners are only able to use the support service better when they are introduced to and made aware of all the support service around them.

Firstly, the more aware the students are of the services, the more the students use such services or engage with such services. Secondly, for each item, the usage percentage is always lower than the awareness percentage. This indicates that there are some students would do not use the services even if they are aware of them. This group of student should be targeted to improve engagement rate.

Open school should promote and market all their support services in various modes to ensure they reach the maximum number of students. TV ads, radio adds, social media blasts and newspaper ads can help a lot. The learners should be given incentives to use the support service. The use of such services should be an integral part of the course. By maintaining the infrastructure and ensuring support is provided all the time can encourage learners to use such services al the time.

They need to understand the skills and knowledge to access on to these services through our assistances. It has to be done in daily routine in order for them to maximise its usage.
