You have done some reflection on how staff recruitment is conducted in your organisation. Read the ILO principles again. How does practice in your organisation meet the ILO principles?
Rate your organisational HR practice out of six, with one being poor and six being excellent. Give reasons for your rating.

In the case of my Institution, I would rate it 4. Number of areas need to be considered. My institution has no consideration of 1) People of disabilities, very little on gender balance and a lot more. Until then I will rate it 6.

I can rate my organization at 4. This is because we are still growing but I believe that the right foundations being laid down will take us to a higher level.
